SleepTest was very easy to do - and it was nice to be able to do it at home.
I had no idea that I needed a sleep test. The items come in a box through the mail along with a pamphlet that's detailed but extremely easy to follow you hook yourself up which takes maybe 10 minutes.
I've recommended Sleep Test to my wife who is also a CPAP.
My overall experience was super easy. The consultant that I talked to had more information about sleep and nutrition. I really appreciated that part. And I got to do everything in my own home. The consultation, the after care instructions, everything was right out of my home!
